This case study is a step-by-step story of how we took on a project abandoned by the previous contractor and turned it into a stable source of clients. We’ll show how our comprehensive, data-driven approach solves business challenges, even when things don’t go according to plan.

Starting Point: An Outdated Site and Missed Deadlines (March 2024)

The client, KidsJumpTech.com, came to us in a critical situation:

  • The old site was obsolete and generated no leads.
  • The new site was not finished on time. Launching it in its current state threatened a complete loss of traffic and Google rankings.

We conducted a full technical audit and competitor analysis. The picture was clear:

  • Technical chaos. The new version had a different URL structure. We found 45 empty pages and dozens of content duplicates. The e-commerce plugin was creating copies of products at different addresses.
  • Zero SEO. The site lacked an SEO module, basic analytics tools were not configured, and meta tags were incorrect.
  • Mobile version. 75% of users accessed the site from their phones, but it displayed with errors on their devices. The Google PageSpeed Insights score was in the "red zone" – only 30 points.
Stage 1: Revival and Laying the Foundation (March-April 2024)

We didn’t just fix the errors one by one. We developed a plan for a complete and safe relaunch.

1. Technical Preparation and Migration. We analyzed the old site's structure and preserved 90% of the URLs. For the remaining pages, we set up 301 redirects. This allowed us to "merge" the old and new pages without losing their authority for search engines. Then, we deleted 45 empty pages, eliminated duplicates, and blocked test subdomains from being indexed. We installed an SEO plugin and connected Google Analytics and Search Console.

2. Content and Internal Optimization. We compiled a complete semantic core using Google Keyword Planner and competitor analysis. Based on these queries, we wrote unique Title and Description tags for all pages. We rewrote the texts for key sections ("Interactive Floors," "Interactive Parks"), redesigned the product cards, and created "Reviews" and "Case Studies" sections from scratch.

3. Launch and Immediate Growth. On April 16, 2024, we launched the updated site. Instead of the usual temporary dip in traffic, we saw a sharp increase in impressions and clicks. The proper technical preparation yielded immediate results.

Stage 2: Growth, Analytics, and Data-Driven Decisions (June-August 2024)

The site began to grow. We set up goals in Google Analytics and started analyzing user behavior with heatmaps.

The main insight: remove prices, add value. Analysis of heatmaps and session recordings showed that users actively watched videos and diagrams but left pages with prices. Direct sales through the site were ineffective.

Our solution: We removed all prices and replaced them with "Get a Quote" buttons. On pages with low activity, we added content blocks that had performed well on other pages.

The result: An explosion of leads. We started getting 8-9 leads per day, half of which came from organic search.

In parallel, we designed and developed new landing pages from scratch: "Sensory Room" and "Interactive Playground".

Stage 3: Scaling and Automation (August-November 2024)

The project reached a new level. The flow of leads was growing and needed to be processed effectively.

  • Replacing the e-commerce plugin. The old plugin was creating duplicate pages with anchor links (#), which harmed SEO. We completely deactivated it and moved all products to standard WordPress functionality, fixing hundreds of errors in Google Search Console.
  • Lead management automation. We set up integrations with third-party services:
    • Kommo CRM: All form submissions automatically went into the system for quick processing.
    • Live Chat: A chatbot with automated responses helped avoid losing clients after hours.
  • Record-breaking performance. The project achieved a stable 11+ leads per day. A special banner with a countdown timer for "Black Friday" brought in the first lead almost immediately after launch. One of the advertising campaigns generated 90 leads in a single day.

Crisis Management: How We Survived a Collapse (November 2024 - July 2025)

At its peak, the project faced new challenges. In early June 2025, we noticed a sharp drop in rankings. A deep audit revealed that the site was no longer passing Google's Core Web Vitals test; the search bot could no longer crawl key pages.

Our team methodically found and fixed the problem, which was a conflict between outdated plugins. At the same time, we conducted an urgent rebranding of one of the products due to legal risks. This demonstrated our ability to solve not only marketing but also crisis-related tasks.

Final Result: A Project That Consistently Generates Clients

As a result of our comprehensive work, a chaotic and non-functional project was transformed into a well-oiled marketing system. While at the "Starting Point" the client had a problematic asset that was generating losses, at the "Final Result" they received:

  • A stable flow of clients. The site brings in 8 to 11+ targeted leads per day. Advertising campaigns are optimized and effective, with a record of 40 leads in one weekend.
  • A flawless technical foundation. The Google PageSpeed score increased from 30 to 97. The site is fast, displays correctly on all devices, and is ready for any load. Technical errors that hindered growth have been completely eliminated.
  • Leading search positions. The site ranked in the TOP-10 on Google for key commercial queries ("interactive walls," "interactive parks") and became visible to a new target audience ("Sensory Rooms").
  • Automated business processes. All leads automatically go to Kommo CRM, and Live Chat helps retain inquiries. The sales department works with high-quality, pre-qualified leads, not technical problems.
  • Full control and manageability. The client received a fast, stable, and intuitive site that is easy to manage and ready for further scaling and development of new business lines.

Conclusion: What Makes Our Approach Effective

  1. Deep Dive. We don't just work according to a technical brief. We analyze the product, the market, and the data (heatmaps, analytics) to find the best solutions.
  2. Data-Driven Decisions. Every strategic change — from removing prices to switching advertising channels — is based on user behavior analysis, not guesswork.
  3. Comprehensive Work. We manage the project as a whole, understanding how technical optimization affects SEO, and how SEO affects sales.
  4. Crisis Management. We are prepared for problems and solve them systematically, whether it's a technical failure or a legal risk.

This project proves that even the most difficult situation can be turned into a victory if you act systematically, rely on facts, and always prioritize the client's results.
